Services Description

Sellarix LLC provides international vehicle sourcing and export facilitation services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Identifying and sourcing new and pre-owned vehicles from suppliers in China, South Korea, Europe, Canada, and other regions
• Negotiating purchase terms with automotive suppliers on behalf of clients
• Managing export procedures, licensing, and compliance documentation
• Arranging container shipping and Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) shipping
• Preparing and managing customs documentation and export paperwork
• Coordinating international logistics from origin to the client's destination port

We act as an intermediary and facilitator between clients and automotive suppliers. We do not manufacture, own, or warehouse vehicles unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Use of Website

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting inquiries or forms
• Use the website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the website without written consent

Vehicle Sourcing Engagements

Submitting a vehicle request through this website does not constitute a binding contract or order confirmation. All vehicle sourcing engagements are formalized through a separate written agreement or order confirmation issued by Sellarix LLC.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to source vehicles matching client specifications, but cannot guarantee:

• Availability of any specific vehicle, make, model, year, or color
• Specific pricing until a formal quote is confirmed and accepted
• Exact delivery timelines, which are subject to shipping schedules, customs clearance, and logistics factors outside our control

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the importation of a vehicle from the specified sourcing region is permitted under the laws and regulations of their destination country. Sellarix LLC is not liable for vehicles rejected, seized, or impounded at customs due to the client's failure to verify applicable import restrictions.

Pricing, Quotes, and Payments

All prices quoted by Sellarix LLC are estimates based on information available at the time of inquiry. Final pricing is provided in a formal written quotation and is subject to change due to:

• Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates
• Changes in shipping freight rates or fuel surcharges
• Additional customs duties, taxes, or levies imposed by any government authority
• Variations in vehicle availability or supplier pricing

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods will be specified in the individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all amounts are due in full before the vehicle is shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping services cover transportation from the sourcing country to the client's designated destination port. We do not provide inland transportation beyond the destination port unless separately agreed in writing.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon delivery of the vehicle to the destination port or as otherwise specified in the applicable shipping terms (Incoterms). We strongly recommend that clients arrange adequate cargo insurance for their shipment. Sellarix LLC may offer to arrange insurance on the client's behalf, but the client is ultimately responsible for ensuring adequate coverage.

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to port congestion, weather, customs inspections, vessel schedule changes, or other factors beyond our control. Sellarix LLC shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from shipping delays.

No Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The website will be available uninterrupted or error-free
• Any information on the website is accurate, complete, or current
• Any vehicle sourced will meet the client's expectations beyond what is expressly specified in the written agreement

Third-party vehicle inspections arranged by Sellarix LLC are provided for informational purposes. Inspection reports reflect the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection and do not constitute a warranty of condition at time of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SELLARIX LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $500, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sellarix LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including import/export laws of your country

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking immediate injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights pending arbitration.

Sellarix LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
